Ayurveda is a clinical, practical, and most methododical Holistic Health System. Ayurveda literally translates to  Science of Life (In Sanskrit- Ayur means Life; Veda means knowledge). Ayurveda is a way of life. It’s not a quick fix. It is nature’s way of bringing harmony in the mind, body, and spirit. 


This is an ancient study of mind and body and its ability to heal or cure ailments by fine-tuning the basic elements within us namely Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Space.  Its recommendations and prescriptions are applicable to people across the world and age groups.   Ayurveda broadly classifies every individual constitution into Vata dosha, Pitta dosha, and Kapha dosha based on the configuration of the five elements.

Everyone inherits a unique mix of the three doshas.  But in all of us, one dosha is predominant and it affects different body functions based on the configuration of the three doshas.  According to Ayurveda, our state of wellbeing is linked to the balance of these doshas.
